Water Bending
For those of you not in the know, that’s not the upcoming James Cameron Avatar, but Avatar: The Last Airbender. It’s one of my favorite cartoons and deserves to be Netflixed by those as of yet uninitiated.
There are four nations, each of which have certain citizens adept at wielding or “bending” one of the four elements: Earth, Air, Water, or Fire. The Avatar is the one person born a generation who can bend all of them.
In later seasons they explore some interesting techniques with water bending. But sadly, this isn’t one of them.
