EUReKA Spec

In continuing the tradition of adding content to this site other than the originally intended E-Serial, I post for your reading pleasure a spec script I did awhile back!

It's for the show EUReKA on the Sci-Fi channel. So, if you don't know the show, you probably won't get the script. But I'm not going to tell you NOT to read it if you've never seen the show.

Either way, I hope you enjoy the spec script.

Meanwhile in Wisconsin

I originally set up this site to post a serial I've been working on. I still plan on posting it, I'm just being too finicky with it at the moment. So, in the meantime I have something else I can post for your reading pleasure.

I realized the other day that I can use this for other things as well, you know - not just the serial. So I looked through my hard drive and came across this project I hadn't thought about in awhile.

It started off as a joke based on a friend of mine's web comic, but I got his permission to clean up the scripts and put them up.

I'd go into a longer description of what the project was, but I already wrote a very detailed explanation somewhere else.

So if you're interested in seeing part one of a a dead comic project (in script only), click here!

Welcome to the all new GeekGasm!

Before, this website was used as basically just a portal to everything I'm involved in. And as you can see by the nifty little nav bar just under the logo, it still is. Only now it's much, MUCH more.

I have vast plans for this site. (Okay, perhaps "vast" is a strong word. But "plans" is certainly accurate!) My LiveJournal is still going to be my personal blog, but this is going to be more of a "work blog." ("Work" being another one of those strong words.) In addition to pointing to projects I'm working on like the ones mentioned just one paragraph ago, this site will also HOST projects.

You see, I fancy myself a writer. And what do writers do? They write! And I do write. I write quite a bit. BUT... most of it stays on my computer. So, I've decided to start work on some new and some old serialized works and display them here for free. (If only to get some of these word docs off my blasted lappy.)

Soon you will be introduced to the wold of Loop Garoo and beyond in "take it with you" .pdf or convenient .html versions.

That's not the ONLY thing I plan to do here, but it is one of the first. So, stick it out with me and maybe you'll see something you like.

At least, I hope you do.

Love,

Speaker
